What router, amplifier or antenna to put?

Good evening!
Please help with the question: there is a TK - to provide a concrete house (> 1000 sq. M) and the surrounding area (~ 10 acres) with Internet throughout the area. The house is located on an island in the river, so there is no possibility of direct pulling, the access point is on the shore 150-200 m from the house itself. Also, the TOR includes the inability to install a receiving access point (repeater, router), i.e. laptop, phone, etc. must somehow catch from the shore.
Question: what is the best way to implement this? And what is the best equipment to use?
Theory: a modern dual-band (2.5 - 5 GHz) router (such as compyou.ru/WiFi-router/29604-Wi-Fi-tochka-dostupa-... ), an 8W amplifier (mobile-sity.ru/katalog/edup_ep-ab003_24_ggts_shiro... ), as well as directional ( www.wifilab.ru/katalog/antenny-wifi/antenna-naprav... ) or sector ( www.wifilab.ru/katalog/ antenna-wifi/antenna-sector... ) antennas?
Will such tricks be enough to solve the problem? Or are there some pitfalls that only a specialist will solve? I would be grateful for any advice!
Thanks friends!

From hotspot to home - Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M2 * 2 pcs + two masts for installation.
Around the house - Ubiquiti UniFi + switch for networking + simple PC for seamless roaming. The number of devices is counted by the area of the premises.
If the price does not bite - it will be the most optimal solution.
PS You can look for similar devices from other manufacturers, the price tag will be 25-30% lower.

A concrete house... on an island... 1000m2... Will there be internet in Alcatraz? =)
If the case, then if it's easy enough to finish off the island, then there are problems with concrete walls, as well as with the shape of the building and its number of storeys.
The antenna you specified will reach the island with ease. The Internet will be in rooms overlooking this antenna. If there are no repeaters in the back, then I don’t see any other way than to place antennas on all sides of the building, but I’m not a very specialist in this industry.
