What responsibility can be incurred for the scraping of personal data?

In March 2021, a law was passed stating that it is impossible to parse personal data in the public domain, but I still haven’t found what kind of liability (criminal/administrative) can come and what fine can I get for this?

Depending on what kind of information and what other circumstances, you can get either to the Code of Administrative Offenses 13.11 (which is unpleasant, but not particularly scary), or to Criminal Code 137 (up to two years).
Here is the summary table

The penalty is not for parsing, but for the subsequent illegal processing of PD.
