What resources would you recommend for me to learn Linux?

I'm 14. I want to go to college and become a programmer (I know you can be self-taught, but I think college will give some foundation) and now I use linux. When I started using it, I thought Why not promote linux, but I don't know where to begin. What do you recommend studying? maybe bash? or something else?

This will pass with age. As soon as you play in singleboot for a year or two, you will understand that it is not necessary to promote it.
If you mean "learn", then here is a good selection of books: https://www.google.com/search?q=%D0%BA%D0%BD%D0%B8...
Jokes aside, Google immediately shows excellent selection.

Linux is a giant universe of possibilities, with a bunch of different professions and skills.
To begin with, I advise you to get used to the level of an advanced user.
and there you will see what you like, maybe instead of programming you will be interested in the administration of systems, networks, etc.
I will add to the already indicated https://www.altlinux.org/%D0%97%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B0%...

To the above, I can add that the Internet of Things (IoT) topic has been gaining popularity lately, so I can suggest taking a look at the mini PC topic (Raspberry Pi, etc.). Can be connected to a TV, are inexpensive. The main PC can be left on the familiar Windows, connecting to a Linux PC over the network will be an additional experience.
