Why is Plasma crashing?

KDE 5. Deleting any widget from the Panel crashes Plazma. Have to reload. Why is this happening and how to fix it? How to remove widgets from the Panel.

The reason for the crashes is simple - a crooked code. Developers rarely test their crafts outside of default configurations, so I recommend finding plasma configs, backing up and deleting them. All widgets will disappear, the panel will return to the standard view, but most likely it will stop falling. It is not uncommon for crashes to occur during upgrades due to changes at the configuration level.
The configuration can be in ~/.config or ~/.kde[45]
