What resources/websites/articles/courses would you recommend to learn PHP adequately?

As a beginner in PHP but not a beginner in programming, I chose from the books "PHP 7 in the original" by Koterov, PHP the right way, and a course on codeacademy.
I would like to ask you what sites/courses/videos (in Russian) you would recommend and various tasks for learning PHP.
Of all, only video tutorials are desirable in Russian, the rest is also better in Russian, but if in English. will - will not.

I would recommend courses pr-of-it.ru
Excellent teacher. Strict, but explains incredibly well. No book will give you such an understanding. It is worth, by the way, quite inexpensive.

If I were you, I would still try to learn on English-language resources, because the information is more recent and there is much more of it:
Speaking in particular, then try:
Udemy
Udacity
Good gradation in terms of complexity
Many free courses for any level of complexity
If I don’t I'm wrong, the latter uses youtube as a player, and there, in theory, you can set up the generation of dynamic subtitles in Russian.
