What resources to choose to learn modern Front-End?

I have been a web developer for over 10 years. I used to be a "full-stack" developer, but for 5 years I have been mainly working on the server side. It so happened that I remember css hacks for IE6, but completely behind in the modern front-end. And there is a desire to update knowledge.
I can learn on the job, as we have a lot of front-end tasks, and there are cool front-end developers to mentor. But other than that, I'm interested in the online learning format.
Here is an approximate list of issues that I need an educational program on:
- CSS3, sass,
- HTML5, modern templating engines,
- EcmaScript 6, js frameworks, React
- Modern front-end patterns (BEM / not BEM / something else?),
- Something trendy that I have not even heard of
. There are, for example, Nanodegree programshttps://www.udacity.com/courses/web-development
Judging by the level of workload they offer (10 hours a week for 6 months), the amount of information and tasks there is decent.
Are these programs suitable for my tasks? If so, which ones (Senior, Front-End, Full Stack)?
What other resources can you recommend?
