I'm interested in this question. Let's say I made some publication, reported it at some conference. It seems that my work as a graduate student is done, you can move on. But I absolutely do not want the result to be buried in a collection of abstracts. Moreover, I would like to discuss the results with other people dealing with similar issues.
Are there resources in RuNet for publishing discussions of scientific papers in the field of IT?
