What resolution to save the video and how to compress/optimize it for installation on the html page as a background?

I have a video project in Adobe After Effects. I need to set this video as a full screen background on an HTML page. The video will only be shown to users with a screen width between 768px and 1920px. In what resolutions can the video be saved, how can it be compressed / optimized so that it loads as quickly as possible and at the same time the quality is normal? Thanks in advance.

Any Video Converter (free) used to convert video to background
in the menu, select HTML5, you will have to convert to 3 farms
