When buying a phone (LG G3 S), android 4 was installed. Now updated to 5.
I plan to return to factory settings. Will the current version stay, or will it go back to 4?

In the condition of the media query, check... All your extensions up to 1070px have the style from the media query, and when it's lower, the media query doesn't work anymore.
Perhaps you meant that starting from 1070px and below, the style should be accepted? then not min -width: 1070px, but max -width: 1070px.
And nav-wrapper works fine, maybe you have from 620px to 1070px
