What record (record type) needs to be added to cloudflare so that email appears in whois?
I’m tired of googling, I can’t find anything accessible and understandable,
the domain is connected via cloudflare, respectively, the settings are not added to the registrar’s panels

whois has nothing to do with it.
You need to add a DNS record MX. What addresses and with what priority - copy from the DNS hoster.
