What real HDMI 2 RCA converter do you recommend for Raspberry?

Unable to get output through Raspberry AV output. But TV needs to be applied. There are many converter models and prices. What exactly working HDMI 2 RCA converter do you recommend for Raspberry?

And why doesn't it work? Tell us the reason, maybe it will be better and easier to move in this direction?
Video works quite successfully on raspberry pi zero. Although all rpi lines have the same tuning principle.

Problem: I can’t find a 4pin 3.5 Jack To 3 RCA cord on sale in the correct pinout (3 pin ground and 4 pin video.)
