What quadcopters can be programmed?

We need a model that already knows how to fly and which can be connected to a computer and programmed for its flight (there is not a basic balance, etc.), but the route itself. Ideally, play with gps, install distance meters and control them. The cheaper option the better.

Pixhawk look) a modern piece of iron with Linux on board.
Ardupilot is based on it lately. You can modify everything ... you can load and unload your programs very cool. In general, everything is done so that you program and fly
+ there are already many projects and a bunch of modules ready
