What programs would you recommend for counting points / points / karma of the actions performed?

I need such a program, no matter on what platform, which will count points for performing some specific actions.
Moreover, points are awarded automatically, the criteria for points are set by me initially. And the participants who are marked in the performance of the action cannot change the number of points and the date of completion is affixed automatically (therefore, the usual spreadsheet like Base or Google ones is not quite suitable). Something like a checklist for employees to motivate the completion of tasks on time, with points awarded depending on the speed of the task and the scale of the task itself, in order to issue bonuses based on the results of the rating at the end of the calendar period. Visually, it looks like Trello, but with a rating system for the tasks.
