What programs / plug-ins are there for saving articles from the Internet with preliminary disposal of unnecessary rubbish (comments, buttons)?

It is necessary that the program / plugin bring the article into a readable form without unnecessary things (comments, buttons) and you can save the article to a text file and then transfer it to an electronic reader (Amazon Kindle 5).

This is done by such giants as Google and Yandex, by recognizing the structure. but this... works well in the presence of microdata.
No. Alas. Of course, there was something on the hub, but .. I don’t think it will do.

Evernote won't work?

Select the article, Ctrl + C, right-click on the desktop -> create -> text document. Ctrl+V
There is no plugin needed to do three things.
And there are more than enough delayed reading services: Evernote, Channelkit, Raindrop, Poket, Likestorage, and so on... As far as I know, they all know how to clean content.

There is a more convenient service than Evernote. It can detect an article in automatic mode (like Evernote) and in manual mode: useful when automatic mode captures unnecessary content (comments, ads, etc.). The service is called Wishstorage
