How can I get the CampaingId in UTM when advertising a mobile app in Google Ads?

There is a mobile app ad in google ads.
When a user registers in our application, a URL string arrives, in which only gclid (google click id) is from Google. No UTM tags come.
Tracking templates in Google Ads were installed in different ways, and directly added UTM, and through google mobile app url builder (refer). All the same, these parameters do not come.
I decided to get data from the Click Performace Report through ads api. But this report does not work for mobile app ads. So again, a bummer :(
Can anyone tell me how to get the Google campaign number for which the installation was?
If you just make a link to google play with UTM tags, then everything normally comes to our application, and in the url we see where user came.
