What programs do you use to track working time?

Actually, we need software a la chess clock, which would allow you to track the time spent at work and outside of it.

Of course, I would also like to have analytics on previous activities in the software, but this is already too much...

Personally, I use a watch. Previously, there were attempts to keep track of time in detail, but it turned out to be a waste of time. It is best to notice the intervals spent on one type of activity.

Mostly for time control, not tracking, I use Forest. In combination with any task manager that has dates and hours of work, or at least time reminders. In my case, this is a leader task, but in principle, any one will do.
