A program is required, ideally presented in the form of a calendar, on which you can clearly see the planned work: the engineer's trips on requests, vacations and stuff like that. With the ability to receive employee employment reports, with filters by engineer, manager, project, etc. Preferably with integration with SharePoint.

I don't know any solutions.
At my last job, I drew a similar calendar on 1C 8.3 - it was possible to drag tasks with the mouse, and also move the boundaries of the task with the mouse, changing time boundaries.
For each task, it was possible to change the fill color and visually see the intersecting events.
It was also possible to change the view of the calendar view: monthly, weekly or agenda.
Without integration with other systems, purely for visualization of the work of staff and warehouse.
