How and where can I set information about the birthdays of my contacts in order to receive visible notifications in the form of pop-up messages with sound without third-party applications? Information set in contacts is displayed only when entering the calendar in the form of dots, but does not work as a reminder. If this is not possible without special applications, then what simple application would you recommend? Thank you!

"Settings - Calendar - Default reminders" There is a separate item about birthdays.
Apparently, this is what you need.
