What programs can comb a music playlist?

I download songs and usually the tags are a complete mess: there is no album name or the name of the download site instead, there is no cover. And it all looks extremely poor. Are there any solutions that would automatically register all the tags with only the name of the song and the name of the artist? (upload the album title, pretty cover). To do all this on a PC, Win 10 OS. What do you recommend?
