What programming language to choose for the analysis of search results?

Interested in collecting data about TOP-10 sites for certain requests, firstly for analytical work, and secondly, to collect information on certain sites. I'm considering a desktop version, but a web version is also possible. In the future, these data would also be processed and conclusions drawn. My knowledge is not very great yet, but not a complete zero: basic knowledge of php, C ++, html, css. There is an understanding of what algorithms, OOP and design are, but there is no close work with each of the concepts. I am interested in which language is better for my purposes to learn and more flexible without building "crutches", I will also be grateful if the corresponding literature or resource is attached to the language for faster learning of syntax
