What programming language is worth learning that satisfies the conditions?

Good afternoon, I have been doing web development for a long time, in particular backend - PHP. I want to learn another programming language in parallel.
In general, it is clear that each language is good in its own way and is well suited for some specific tasks. But in general, no matter what, in your opinion, could still be studied, which most satisfies the conditions:
1. Closest to machine code (the ability to write programs for different devices - microcontrollers, TVs, etc.)
2. Most suitable for writing neural networks as with zero, and a large number of ready-made libraries
3. Writing programs for Android
4. Syntax design is closest to Java or C #
5. Demand in the labor market - demand exceeds supply, high wages
6. Ability to apply on the Web

At first I started to answer on the merits, but the answer is: none. You have listed completely different areas.
Maybe, of course, Java would fit, but something like that.

JS or Python but with a stretch - because microcontrollers and neural networks are two incompatible areas.
