What programming environment to use?

We need all the options for Windows 7. It is very important which version will be installed and the total amount of memory that it will take, I have 32 gigabytes free on the C drive

QtCreator, when installed, will take 5 GB.
Kohl presses, the simplest version of Dev-C ++, 350 MB in the installed form.
Both programs are good and simple.
