What program to use to diagnose an ssd disk?
Good afternoon,
there is a problem with Acer v3-7771G. Almost immediately after the purchase, a strange feature was discovered: if you accidentally turn off the laptop, then the main ssd-carrier disappears during boot. It's not even in the bios. Because it has a system (Win8 pro x64). Accordingly, it is also impossible to enter it. After many iterations of starting the laptop, the ssd suddenly shows up. Also, ssd appears if you slip, for example, the Windows installation disk - and reach the hard disk selection stage. No more problems were observed.
And now the system itself has become dull (Chrome starts up for 10-20 minutes. However, the opera works fine. Programs from startup start to turn on with a minute delay. Long shutdown of the laptop). Less than a year has passed since the purchase.
What is the best program to use to diagnose an ssd drive? I'm afraid to choose at random from the programs offered by Google search. Still tough. In his youth, one already screwed up like that. Is it possible that the problem is not in the disk, but in something else?
