If it is assumed that the photos will change from client to client, then for a more or less realistic or at least normal result, you need a bunch of 2D and 3D graphic editors (Blender + Gimp, for example).
Otherwise, you can just get by with a graphical editor, but the result (especially if this person is a “young programmer” and a “young designer”) will resemble a children's application.
