What program to use for fast writing?

I remember for android and iOS there was a program where you write manually, as if you draw a character, and the program translates the text you draw. Are there similar programs for windows? That is, to draw symbols with the mouse, as in a graphics editor, and the program would convert all this into text. It is desirable that the program also be able to support something like fractions, squares, indices and other mathematical constructions.

in tails os there was such a program - letters fly at you, and you select the ones you need with the mouse ( unfortunately it doesn’t google it

This is all buggy and inconvenient IMHO.

Windows 7 has a built-in program called the Tablet PC Input Panel. I don’t know how it is called in the Russian version of Windows.
