What program is better for a coder to use to work with psd?
Familiar with html, css, jquery, bootstrap. Went for a frontend interview. They gave me a layout in .psd. I'm not familiar with Photoshop. But I read that there are more suitable things for layout, such as avocode, adobe brackets, zeplin. Although wherever I go for an interview, they use Photoshop everywhere. Advise what is more relevant at the moment, what is easier to learn. Also the laptop is weak.

Zeplin is good for everyone, but it cannot save bitmaps and SVG from PSD (it can from Sketch). So, as an option, save all the icons and pictures directly from Photoshop, then import the PSD into Zeplin and layout. Zeplin will talk about sizes, spacings, colors, fonts, shadows, and more.
