What program in MacOS should I use to replace pre-saved data?

Hello.
On Windows, I use the wonderful Type Pilot program. You can save various data in it (words, answers to frequently asked questions, yes, anything) and using a combination of buttons a context menu appears in which you select the desired phrase and it is inserted in the selected location. And what is there for MacOS?
