What program for the visual construction of electronic circuits and emulation of the operation of circuits is better to use now?

I decided to return to work with electronics, once upon a time I was doing this. What program for drawing circuits is now considered the best?

None and never has been.
In a sense, there is never a single unique best product. Well... at least so "better" that it overrides most other programs.
There are Qucs , for example

For emulation of numbers and Proteus microcontrollers, and for analog circuits, Multisim was better.
Proteus can also be analog, of course, but multisim is better.
