What program for printing business cards, photos and designs while maintaining dimensions?

The peculiarity of PSD (Photoshop file) is that the size in centimeters or inches is assigned to the size in pixels.
those. regardless of the resolution of the printer, I can be sure that the image will be the same size as I intended it to be.
What program allows you to tile an A4 sheet when printing so that the dimensions of the images in centimeters are preserved?
.
Hurray Found!!!: PriPrinter is a virtual printer. The only thing is that it needs to be slightly configured for such functionality.
create a template and create a layout in it. and everything is good.
In Photoshop, I created a business card with the desired dimensions, then I selected PriPrinter in the print window and created a new document format 9 * 5cm and pressed print. Opened PriPrinter chose 5*2 number of business cards on paper, chose to fill in COPIES, chose copy scale 100%, removed bindings and margins. Saved the settings in a new template. Well, finally pressed the seal.
Everything printed perfectly, each business card had a size of 9 * 5

In principle, any graphics program, ACDSee for example. I use the old Qimage.
What's stopping you from tiling once manually in Photoshop?

Smart objects. You make psb, put a business card into it, put psb into psd, bridge. Or even simpler - put a business card in psd, convert it into a smart object, bridge it. Then, if you need to fix it, you edit this psb and that's it, all copies change.
