What program do you use to design your website?

Now I use photoshop for designing. There I also come up with a frame and did everything.
Is there any better program? It is desirable with the ability to create identical elements that stretch under the text so that they change all at once.

There was a similar thread here: Sketch's best competitor, but on Windows?

Even if you have win, you probably have someone familiar with macOS. I strongly advise you to try at least 3-4 hours to study Sketch on it. For me, this is the main reason why I have a computer on macOS, because so far there is no such software for designing interfaces and websites under Windows.

For website design and development, I use Webflow
Sketch and pixelmator as applied tools - quickly make a picture of the right size, icons, and so on.
Webflow has become a discovery for me, I have been using it for more than a year. I have never met a better tool for website design.
