What program do you recommend for automating pressing buttons in mac and win?

Greetings.
Need a program to automate some tasks in the OS (mac | win) in any programs. For example, you need to take 10 photos, open them in Photoshop, press a few buttons in the right places, draw a line, save them under the right names, open a browser, go to the site, add them to the site; open a messenger, write a message, etc. Are there any intelligent programs that work in a complex way?
