What program did you use to design the apartment?

Good afternoon!
Need advice from personal experience on using programs for apartment design.
3D visualization is secondary.
The main thing is a rich library of furniture and other elements.
I would like to arrange furniture in one program, draw electrical wiring, plumbing, plumbing, etc.
You also need export to visualization programs if it does not have it.
I need an answer based on personal experience, maybe to become like the best 10 ... 20 ... and so on I have seen design programs.
I have experience in Autocad, so I think there will be no problems with mastering it.

Sketchup
All furniture models are searched in his 3D warehouse

there is a very good Planoplan Editor app. It is free and collects models by itself from all known sites. There are models from Ikea and so on. The library of models is large, and there are a lot of settings

You have mutually exclusive paragraphs.
Behind this, to "household" free tools such as Sketchup, and to prof. visualization tools a la 3D Max.
It's already CAD. Compass, AutoCAD (including 3D), Archikad, Revit. But there are no "ready-made" elements there. Either download blocks (families / libraries) from the network, or cut them yourself.
I have not encountered this with SAPR. What are you going to export? Pipes with wires or furniture?
In short, do two projects: one project is visualization, this is pure 3D. The second project is an engineer.
But keep in mind that Prof. CAD entry threshold is quite high.
