What problems can there be when using a tablet from the USA?

Hello!
I want to buy a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the USA on Amazon:

It 's not difficult to find intermediaries, but I have concerns that something will go wrong during operation not this way. Did you do that? Will there be problems with the charger plug? Russian keyboard? Using the market?

I ordered a Kindle from Amazon, the adapter to the plug is not a problem, but if it breaks, then apparently it will remain broken in Russia :)
