What position should be indicated in the work book for the team leader?
Good day to all!
Recently I was promoted to team lead. I have 4 people on my team. I was given the position of "Head of Development Department". Of course, management has increased (about 25% of it), but still I still consider myself a programmer, not a manager. And I would also like to grow as a developer, and not as a manager. I know that for Russia the record in the labor force practically means nothing. But I am tormented by the thought that if I decide to go abroad and work there as a programmer, then I will have to confirm my work experience. Some countries require this for a visa. I think that I will create unnecessary problems for myself if I don’t write the right words in the labor, because it will be necessary to confirm this experience somehow differently.
I'm considering Lead Developer, Development Team Leader, and Development Team Leader. Or leave it as it is now?
Which one do you think is better for my purposes?
How do you record team leads in your company? Or maybe there are other options?
