What plugins to make from Sublime Text IDE for js/php?

Tell me, with the help of which plugins can you turn Sublime Text into an almost full-fledged IDE?
Interested in the basic features of the integrated development environment:
1. work with html, css, javascript, php, sql (syntax highlighting, and so on)
Especially interested in various plugins for php, sql!
2. auto-completion of everything possible (variables, functions, methods, modules), like in VS Code or PhpStorm
3. code navigation
4. refactoring tools
5. debugger
6. Git
7. add a couple more delicious plugins from yourself, which you see fit to add functions to the editor that would make it a mini IDE for js, php.
(possible for other technologies - for the future)
I know, I know, now they will start writing, they say, "Isn't it easier to install a full-fledged IDE right away?" and so on and so forth... I
'll answer right away, NO =)
I used PhpStorm and I have a lot of it (i.e. functionality, amount of information, etc.)! There are no problems with iron!
Therefore, I decided to see what can be done from Sublime Text using plugins. You need something like an IDE, but a little easier.

Habr is there. There are a lot of useful things

My choice is Emmet, Color Picker, Sftp, Sass, Material Theme (for beauty). For the frontend, that's enough for me. Almost everything is already highlighted in Sublime) And what is not there is in the articles that I threw off
PS - I installed CodeIntel and did not notice at all. And he, in theory, should do something like an IDE. I will install AllAutocomplete tomorrow
