What plugins to make from Atom IDE for js/php?

Tell me, with the help of which plugins can you make an almost full-fledged IDE out of Atom?
Interested in the basic features of the integrated development environment:
1. working with html, css, javascript (syntax highlighting, and so on)
Especially interested in various plugins for php, sql!
2. auto-completion of everything possible (variables, functions, methods, modules), like in VS Code or PhpStorm
3. code navigation
4. refactoring tools
5. debugger
6. Git
7. add a couple more delicious plugins from yourself, which you see fit to add functions to the editor that would make it a mini IDE for js, php.
(possible for other technologies - for the future)
I know, I know, now they will start writing, they say, "Isn't it easier to install a full-fledged IDE right away?" and so on and so forth... I
'll answer right away, NO =)
I used PhpStorm and I have a lot of it (i.e. functionality, amount of information, etc.)! There are no problems with iron!
Therefore, I decided to see what can be done from Atom using plugins. You need something like an IDE, but a little easier.

At once I will make a reservation, I only about JS.
1. JS, CSS, HTML - supported by default
2. By default, you can put additional. plug-ins, but this is not always convenient
3. What does this mean? There is a minimap, but if you need a tree - I don't know, but I can look for
4. Uh ... what do you mean by them?
5. Everything is OK with this. It is enough to put the first one that comes across) - git-plus
6. JS, in principle, can be run, but a bad idea.
7. Well... in principle, some kind of timer displays the time of work on the project - tomatotimer. And markdown can still be put)
