What plugins to assemble the Crowdfunding/Group Purchase Service from?

Please help in choosing plugins, themes for creating a service.
The service looks like crowdfunding or like a group purchase.
here is a rough description:
1. any registered (at the beginning admin) posts a link for example to a video and starts fundraising by indicating some amount. (as an option, an endless collection, until someone undertakes to transfer this money)
2. I want to use an internal wallet for donations. I think. that it will be easier to return money in case of unsuccessful campaigns.
3. Registered users support the campaign from the internal wallet.
4. after registration, the user replenishes his wallet through some kind of payment.
5. If the campaign is successful - someone (or an admin) does the work, publishes it and it is automatically sent to everyone who invested.
6. the one who completed the work receives payment to his wallet.
8. If the campaign is unsuccessful (the time has expired or the amount has not been collected), all funds are returned to the donors.
9. optional - users can request money back at any time. And, let's say invest in another campaign.
Considering plugin combinations:
wp-crowdfunding+woocommerce
WooWallet and free version of WP-crowdfunding
or as group purchases:
"WooCommerce Group Buy and Deals - Groupon Clone for Woocommerce"
