What plugin to use for scrolling a landing page per screen?

I have a landing page where each screen has 100% of the window height, but the footer has a smaller, fixed size. fullpage and onescroll move the footer to the top of the window when scrolling to the top of the window, leaving white space at the bottom. Which plugin just scrolls to the bottom of the page in this case?
