What player and where to get streams for an online TV site?

Good day, I decided to create an online television website, but I can’t figure out where to get (buy) streams so that people can watch the same channel at the same time. Maybe there is some kind of paid service where you can buy their widget or streams on this occasion or how to implement it?

If legally, then only directly with the contract. If not, there are pirated m3u8 broadcasts on the Internet. Copy the path and paste it to yourself
