If you decide to make a store on the VP, then definitely woocommerce
If there is an urgent need to make on the framework and the budget allows, then choose the framework that you are better at. Yii2, Laravel, Symfony, Django, Spring, R&R, etc.
The question is, do you need a framework (what do you need so specific that is not in the VP and the audio meter and needs to be written from scratch)
I do not advise you to make a store on WooCommerce, if you have money, do it on Bitrix or Cs-cart, if there is no money, then do it on OpenCart. There are a huge number of free and paid (for a penny) modules and plugins on the Internet, so you can customize your store the way you want.
