Hello everyone, I'm new to web programming, I just finished the PHP course at Codecademy, what books or sites with lessons would you recommend? More practice is desirable (only Russian books please, and sites can be in English)

Based on my own experience, I can advise:
1. Courses from "Specialist" conducted by Borisov Igor Olegovich. Personally, I'm crazy about him
2. The book "Learn PHP and MySQL" by O'Reilly
