What personal planning apps do you use/recommend?

Good afternoon!
I am in search of a planner better than lists in a notebook, but easier than stuffed with a lot of incomprehensible system functions. There were two approaches to wunderlist .. it didn’t take root .. and it’s hard to say why.
I would be glad for any recommendations:
What I'm looking for:
- the ability to separate personal and work tasks
- lists of delegated tasks (this does not mean sending a task to another person, but just periodic reminders for me to check if the other person completed the task)
- the ability to lay out tasks for projects
- beautiful visualization / infographics (I would very much like to);
- the presence of an android application and a web version (desirable);
