What percentage of tweets does the public Twitter API give back?
I read the following in an article on Habré: "Since it takes tweets from the public API, only about 1% of all generated tweets are shown on the map." We are talking about displaying tweets on the world map depending on their geotag.
The question is why does the public API only show 1%(!) of all tweets, and if not, how much of the tweets can be accessed?

In fact, everything is 100%
1) Not immediately
2) You can get everything if you make a competent request to the twitter api
3) Another option is to use the stream from the tweeter
