Logos, watermarks, and text in an image must not exceed 20% of the entire image. Except when they are on the product packaging, app screenshot, or image ad image.
You can use any tool that will help you with this. But keep in mind that the picture matches the format (size and proportions) of Yandex.
From practice, I can say that the moderators are not particularly atrocious in these matters - if the text takes up a little more than 20%, the image may pass. Most importantly, do not post contact information there.
