The question is quite noob - what parameters should the video have in order for it to load the page minimally?
Interested in its duration, weight, etc.

The most important parameter: the absence of a fucking sound. Remove the sound from the background video!

Choose a neutral gamma and try to put a little fade on the video so that it is not sharp in terms of color (if you really only have it in the background)
