What paper to confirm the ownership of a domain name?

Order No. 1752-r dated October 6, 2011 provides a list of documents to be attached by the applicant to the application for registration (re-registration) of the mass media.
This includes copies of documents confirming the right to use the site's domain name in the Internet information and telecommunications network when establishing an online publication, certified in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation .
It is clear that we are not talking about a printout from WHOIS. What paper are you talking about?

Registrars allow you to order a certificate of ownership of a domain name. For example, in reg.ru , nic.ru

None, because the nature of domain registration is renting, not buying (at least in the RU zone) => certificates issued by registrars are legally void. nic.ru has a more correct approach - a certificate of ownership of the domain, which says that you can dispose of it until the date xx.xx.xxxx

Contract with a domain registrar? Well, if you provide a copy of the contract, then it probably should be notarized.
