What PANTONE library should I use to paint logos in CMYK?

Pantone+ Solid Coated
To convert to CMYK - look for a pantone from the first library in the Pantone+ Color Bridge Coated library (the name will be the same, but the letter "P" will be added at the end)
PANTONE CMYK Coated
PANTONE CMYK Uncoated
How are they different?

Coated - for coated paper
Uncoated - for uncoated paper
Either the coating of the material is implied (in case the print is not on paper). This means that the ink will be absorbed either into the coating of the material or into the material itself (unless it is coated with a special layer).
