What paid courses to choose if you want to become a web developer?

Hello, I want to become a web developer. I study at the university with a degree in applied computer science in design. Knowledge is not very good, I realized that after the university I won’t be able to get a normal job with anyone. I studied html, css, javascript myself, but I have no system knowledge. I don't know JS very well, it's not very successful to teach it myself.
There are many schools on the Internet, but how to understand whether they teach well. For example, I downloaded a merged course from skilbox like 2019 on web development, but I didn’t like it at all, They don’t explain very well, the information is a little outdated, I hope that the course was actually really old, and now their education has improved, otherwise why pay that kind of money. Please recommend good courses on web development with feedback from teachers, it is better if you yourself took it.

As a former student must agree - university education provides little practical knowledge. But this gives the main thing - teaches learns, and without it, no where and no way.
As a former teacher of courses, I know for sure that any courses are nothing more than one of the many "honest ways to take money from the population" and in real life they do not give anything, nothing at all.
To understand the processes of education, what you have (if you have) is more than enough, and then practice, practice, practice ....
I know one case. About 20 years ago, my friend, a 19-year-old student, asked for an internship at some firm for the summer (he went to different places for almost a month), for free, of course. When the summer ended, he began to say goodbye to the leadership, and they offered him an official position. Now he is a respected cybersecurity specialist in a European country.

Tell the city. As a rule, all large firms organize open days, and often free courses.
Look at the announcements in the lobby, ask the dean's office.

There are different sources. For example , there are inexpensive courses here, and here https://codernet.ru are free books on programming.

If you are satisfied with the online format, then consider the option https://htmlacademy.ru/
