Good day to all!
The question is: what is the best OS in the Windows lineup for front-end development?
Now on board there is Windows 7 Home Premium, it is possible to install Windows 7 Ultimate.
The fact is that you often have to install various packages from npm, and quite often each new package leads to the need to "conjure" installation errors, which are accordingly difficult to find and fix, maybe on some OS everything is installed in the right way?
Related question: Do I understand correctly that for the correct installation of something, the system user account must be written in English letters? I can't find this information anywhere, help! =)

From Windows, as far as I remember, only Win 10 has more or less no problems. Yes, I also heard about the English letters of

Windows 7 Ultimate won't help at all. only superfluous services will start. I work for 10 no particular problems, especially after installing Node above 5
