What options do you know about passing data to a Laravel 5.* controller?

I use hidden forms for post sending, but where
<a href="/get_link/some_data{id/name...}">text</a>
else is there a link? There, at least, there are also $_SESSION, $_COOKIES (I used them when I wrote in pure PhP), only they somehow work differently here.
